I am a research assistant and PhD candidate at the Institute of Embedded Systems at the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH). Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Heiko Falk, I am working on the design and optimization of safety-critical many-core architectures. Here, my current focus lies on finding workflows to - on compiler-level - come up with memory-allocations when using architectures that are based on the Network-on-Chip paradigm. To be applicable for use in hard real-time systems, it is not enough to only optimize for good overall performance, but it is of key importance to consider the system’s Worst-Case Execution Time (WCET) as well.
In addition to my teaching obligations at the TUHH, I am an associated fellow at the CAUSE research group. Below you can find a list of my current and past research topics. Feel free to reach out if there is any potential for collaboration since I enjoy working together with people from different research fields.
